Over a three year period (2010–2013), T.T. Hagan transformed a landmark, 35,000 cu. ft. brick building in the center of Ipswich into a modern brewery and corporate offices.

This 1806 home is said to originally have been a gift to ship captain Nathaniel Perkins for his service during the Revolutionary War. Over a decade Tim and his crew transformed the two century-old house and adjacent six-stall barn.
Built in 1750, this well-known Ipswich landmark had been a two-family and had housed a pre-school. Tim Hagan undertook an historic restoration of the property, turning it into a single-family showpiece.
